• Privacy Policy- Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to make booking with us as easy as possible. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.

• ​Booking Policy- Dates and Times are not guaranteed until your payment has been submitted. We only accept advance payment through our booking system.​

• Refund/Cancellation Policy- If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason there will be a 50% charge of the total price of your event. If you need to reschedule your event, we need a 7 day or greater notice. If we have to cancel for any reason, you have one of two options. Either choose to reschedule your event for up to 3 months from the original booking date or you can choose to get a full refund. If you choose to reschedule, we will give a discount for your rescheduled event.​

• Inclement Weather- Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments is an all season climate controlled gaming theater that can operate rain or shine. However, sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate and is too severe to drive and operate in. In cases of severe weather (i.e.- severe thunder, lighting, flooding, high winds, heavy snow, icy conditions, etc.) we reserve the right to reschedule your event for the safety of you, your guest, our staff and equipment.​

• Truck/Trailer Parking- We will only park where the street is flat. We will not drive onto roads that are up or down steep hills. If you live in such an area, consider having your event at a nearby location that is flat (i.e.- a park, church parking lot, etc.) Just be sure to get permission first. When the truck pulls up it will need to be parked on a flat road to avoid danger to persons, property or equipment. Please make sure there is ample space for our truck/trailer combo to park. This means getting permission from neighbors and moving vehicles if necessary. Furthermore, we will more than likely be blocking a driveway or two so make sure you are prepared before we arrive.​

• Travel Surcharge- A travel surcharge will be applied for locations more than 30 minutes away.

• ​Supervision of Children- Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments requires a parent, guardian or responsible adult to be present at all times during your event. All children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian to be present inside the mobile game theater for supervision at all times.​

• Damage/Injury- Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments or any of its staff will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the truck/trailer combo in a specific location. This includes both above and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments reserves the right to charge the client for damages to the truck/trailer/equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by client/guest. This includes damage and/or theft of equipment in or outside of the truck/trailer combo. Replacement charges will be based on current retail price. Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments and its staff assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.​

• Food/Drink- Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments does not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc. in the mobile gaming theater.

• ​Alcohol/Drugs- You may serve alcohol at a Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments event or party to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food or drink inside our mobile game theater. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol/drugs are being served. The party will be terminated without refund if the adult in charge is drinking alcohol. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments truck/trailer/equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately without a refund. Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed during an Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments event due to the nature of our business and electronics. Please be respectful of children at our events - no smoking, drinking near them.

• ​Refusal of Service- Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments reserves the right to refuse service to client and event attendees if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guest, equipment or the public. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected illegal drug use, aggressive language or acts, unsafe surroundings. If the situation is not corrected, we may delay or cancel an event.​

• Pictures- While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Adventure Video Mobile Tournaments Facebook/Instagram and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on our social media pages, please notify us via email prior to your event. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens. We do not always take photos, however if you do, we would love for you to tag us when you post to social media sites. Finally, we do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the principal.​

• Video Game Ratings- Please email us at least 3 days in advance of your preferred max rating for game play. Please refer to ESRB.org for your understanding of game ratings.​

• Tipping/Reviews- The Game Coach is there to make sure that your guests are having the most of our high-tech fun. Our Game Coach tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required. A review on Google, Facebook, Yelp or any other site is always another great way to let us know that you enjoyed your experience!
